Welcome to the home of Ms.Fit Female Health and Fitness in the Vale of Glamorgan. As the name suggests, Ms.Fit is a female-only fitness group.
However, whilst we are a fitness group, we do things a little differently!
At Ms.Fit our focus is on teamwork, camaraderie, support and, most importantly, FUN! We don’t just want our members to feel fitter and healthier, we want them to ENJOY getting fitter and healthier!
Shouting, screaming and berating our members is strictly BANNED at Ms.Fit I’m afraid! Also, massive egos and cliques aren’t welcome – so if that’s something you’re looking for then we suggest you move along to another group…
Ms.Fit WELCOMES all comers, no matter what your level of health and fitness, and we can guarantee that we will support you to meet your health and fitness goals in a fun, enjoyable, supportive environment where you will be part of a group of like-minded women. All we ask in return for this is that you have a positive attitude towards making a change, and you are willing to work with your own capabilities to reach your goals.

The problem is that since you started building your family and/or career, your health & fitness has fallen by the wayside and you never seem to have time or the energy and you’re gaining weight year by year – fast.
You see fitness after fitness and nutrition advert on Facebook, but they all excite you as much as a period drama.
You’d love to do something that is fun, exciting with like-minded people but since you only see your mates very rarely now you can’t imagine there is anything out there?
You don’t want to be a elite athlete, you just want to look fit and healthy and lose the gutt, in fact the t shirt bulge is the worst of all with baggy t shirts being the norm. In fact you rarely get your top off besides in the house.
You want to be back in some sort of control.
You look through Facebook and Internet for sources of advice and inspiration and even occasionally pluck up the courage to go and try something new but that doesn’t really work for you as all the fitness folk and clubs on Facebook are the same, with the same websites, white teeth, smiles, shots of themselves and telling everyone to “smash life” and “ live for today”…. To be honest if you were 20 and lived at home then you probably could!
You find it hard to eat healthily and cut back, especially during times of stress and then revert back to anything that’s easy.
You don’t understand why what worked for you before but doesn’t work now.
You do still have hope. Sometimes it takes time and it it really gets you down when you try something and doesn’t work at it. Sometimes you almost have enough of trying to get fit and healthy again.
